Bit of background, during my teen years I had (reasonably) bad acne. This continued until I was 20 when I decided enough was enough and I done something about it - I went on reaccutane for 6months. It worked wonders and helped a lot. I'm now 23 and although it is better, the acne is still there, enough for it to annoy me :!

I have been using Oxy10 to combat it, which does help but I don't like the feeling/idea of putting harsh chemicals on my face daily. So I've started buying Clinque products which has also help but still....

I was thinking about getting a, "one solution"-type treatment. Eg, dermabrasion, chemical masks, etc. etc. I have been trying to do some research myself, however for each method, the sites pretty much only talk up their own product. What I'm after is objective, informative information.

Now my question - what would be the path people suggest? =D Pros? Cons? Costs? Difficulty?

p.s, my skin type is oily, white but with a tan, if that helps.
